Position anywhere, change anytime

Videos can be positioned anywhere on the screen using our system. This means that you or your web master simply has to include a line of code anywhere in the page's html, and your video's position can be easily changed anytime by signing into our control panel.

Some of the options include:

float bottom center
float bottom left or right of centre
float bottom right
fixed where the code is placed
fixed from top left
fixed from top centre
fixed left or right of top centre

Your player controls can even be positioned left, centre, or right. You get the idea... basically, anywhere!

Multilingual closed captioning

Some of your visitors may work at desks without their audio on. Some may be deaf or perhaps don't understand the language being spoken in the video.

Therefore, we took an example from television and added closed captioning to our videos. The text is simply added and edited in the control panel. It scrolls along with the video as it plays.

You can include different languages to allow people who can't understand the video person to still connect with what you are presenting.

Accessibility Compliance

Rather than compete with page text being read out loud, your videos will auto-close as soon as an active screen reader is detected, typically before they even make a sound.

This functionality works well for the top screen readers paired with the Internet Explorer web browser. The Escape key can also be used to close videos at any time on any browser. Combined with our included closed captioning capabilities, this means that all users have full control over their experience and that you can safely auto-play your videos on your websites, intranets, control panels, Flash movies, and ads.

Timed page interactions

Our streaming video technology allows you to easily trigger any page action from any time point in any video. This means that you can have an image appear, disappear, move, etc. based on when the person is discussing that topic. You have full control over what happens, and when, and it is very easy to implement and edit.

PowerPoint® presentations with slide faq's

The ability to use your web videos to present slides has been a goal of many clients. Now we include this capability for all our clients! Just record a video for each slide and upload your presentation. You can re-upload presentations anytime to better match transition timing to the videos, or to make a different version of the presentation altogether. Presentations are launched from any text or graphic link on your existing website, and appear within that page so that they don't get blocked by popup blockers. See an example HERE.

On-demand monthly usage reports

View number of plays, percentage clicked through, average time clicked through, percentage closed, average time closed, average time if not closed, average play time, and percentage played in full for every video object you create. This easy to use report allows you to see what is working and what is not immediately, and react accordingly. We will help you to ensure your videos get results quickly.

Randomize or sequence videos

We make it simple to randomize web videos that appear on a page. You can even order them so that they show up sequentially to match your standard business processes.

Invite your visitors to click on the video person

Your web videos can invite the visitor to click on the video to take an action. You can easily set that action to be a link to a web page, an email address, or a javascript function (ie., launch live chat or start another video). You can also automate this action at the end of your video, which means the visitor can be forwarded to another page, or string together several videos with different positions to deliver an engaging message.

Cookies and delays

You can set a day, week, or month cookie that comes from your domain and ensures your visitors see your videos only as often as you want them to. You can also show or hide the play button, or create one yourself (remember, videos can be launched from any link). Videos can also be delayed at the beginning (ie. wait 60 seconds to start a live support related video), or frozen at the end to allow visitors more time to click on the video. You control and update these settings easily in the control panel.

Getting new code to your web master

Our system allows you to easily send the code for new video objects you create to your web master. Just enter their email address and click send. They will receive a link back to this site that will show them the code and implementation instructions.
